Insurance and Referrals

Easter Seals accepts referrals from Tri-Counties Regional Center, school districts and physicians. Self-referrals are also accepted from families wishing to privately pay for services; however, a prescription from your doctor is required.

Insurance

Easter Seals Tri-Counties is contracted with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross
• Sea View IPA
• Tri-West and Tri-Care Health
• Valley Care
• Ventura County Health Care

We will bill all insurance companies, contracted and non-contracted. All that is needed is a prescription from your doctor. Our insurance coordinator will assist you by verifying your policy benefits and insurance coverage for therapy services. We clarify expected payments and initiate therapy quickly.
